Child Safety Standards

Loop - Live Streaming prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) across our website, mobile experiences, live streams, VODs, chat, profiles, uploads, creator tools, and related services.

Users may not create, upload, stream, share, request, solicit, promote, or distribute content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

Loop does not allow grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of minors, attempts to obtain sexual imagery from minors, or any content or behavior that facilitates the exploitation or abuse of children.

Loop also prohibits using live streams, VODs, chat messages, profile content, links, usernames, thumbnails, or creator tools to promote or coordinate CSAE or CSAM.

Users can report child safety concerns to Loop by contacting info@alootech.com. Reports should include the relevant channel, live stream, VOD, chat message, username, link, screenshot, or other details that help us review the concern.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services first.

When Loop becomes aware of potential CSAE or CSAM, we review the report and take appropriate action based on the content, account activity, our standards, and applicable law.

Actions may include removing content, disabling access to live streams or VODs, restricting or terminating accounts, preserving information where legally required, and escalating confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities.

Loop complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. When required or appropriate, we report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority.

Loop may cooperate with law enforcement, child safety organizations, platform providers, and service providers when needed to protect children, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

Loop is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information or is at risk on Loop, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Creators and viewers are responsible for keeping Loop safe. Do not stream, upload, request, share, or encourage illegal or harmful content involving children.

If you encounter content or conduct that may involve CSAE or CSAM, report it promptly and do not reshare or download the material.
