Loop

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Loop collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, mobile experiences, creator tools, live streams, VODs, and related services.

Effective date: August 27, 2026

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including account details, profile and channel information, stream titles, uploaded content, messages, support requests, and account deletion requests.

When you sign in through Google or another OAuth provider, we receive account information needed to create and secure your Loop account, such as your email address and basic profile details.

We also collect usage, device, log, and analytics information, including pages viewed, streams watched or created, approximate location from your IP address, browser or device type, identifiers, diagnostics, and security events.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide Loop, operate live streams and VODs, authenticate users, personalize creator and viewer experiences, process payments or credits, send service notices, respond to support requests, improve performance, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand how Loop is used and to improve the service.

Public Content

Usernames, channel profiles, live streams, VODs, chat messages, thumbnails, viewer-facing activity, and other content you choose to publish may be visible to other users or the public depending on the feature and settings used.

Do not share sensitive personal information in public areas of Loop if you do not want others to see it.

Sharing Information

We share information with service providers that help us operate Loop, such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, video streaming, payment, email, security, and customer support providers.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate fraud or abuse, to enforce our terms, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense of exchanging it for money.

Cookies and Analytics

Loop may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, understand feature usage, and protect the service.

Your browser may let you block or delete cookies, but some parts of Loop may not work correctly without them.

Payments

If Loop offers paid features, subscriptions, credits, tips, or payouts, payment information is handled by our payment processors. Loop does not store full payment card numbers.

We may retain payment, tax, payout, fraud-prevention, and accounting records as needed for legal and business obligations.

Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Loop account at looptv.studio/account/delete. Once submitted, your account is blocked from signing in while the request is reviewed.

Deleted data may include your Loop account profile, channel profile, creator settings, follows, notifications, and personal identifiers associated with your account.

Some content or records may be retained when needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, accounting, backup, or platform integrity reasons. Public or transactional records may be anonymized instead of removed where deletion would affect other users or completed transactions.

Deletion requests are typically reviewed within 30 days. Backup copies and system logs may take up to 90 days to age out of routine retention.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Loop, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with law, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business needs.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, account status, user settings, and legal or operational requirements.

Your Choices and Rights

You may be able to access, update, correct, delete, or object to certain uses of your information depending on where you live.

You can manage account details in your settings where available. For privacy requests, contact info@alootech.com.

Children

Loop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so you should use a strong account password and protect access to your OAuth accounts and devices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through Loop or by other reasonable means. The updated policy applies once posted unless a later effective date is stated.
